Rockhurst Parent/Son Service Day
Saturday, October 8, 2022, ~ 10 am to 1 pm OR 1 pm to 4 pm
3 Service Hours at various ReStore Habitat for Humanity locations around the KC Metro

All classes are welcome, but Sophomores & Juniors are targeted to get those Service Hours!

This 2nd Annual Fall Service Event Fills up QUICKLY, so be sure to Sign Up for your preferred time/location & Complete the Online Waiver.

Click either "Login" or "Sign up with email" and follow the prompts to fill out our volunteer application and required waiver forms. Each volunteer must complete their own volunteer application using their name and personal email address.

ReStore volunteers contribute to the success of ReStore by greeting, assisting, and answering customer questions about products and materials and communicating the Habitat for Humanity and Habitat ReStore mission. Tasks include assembling furniture, testing appliances, cleaning and organizing the store, maintaining signage, processing trim, scrap metal or paint, landscaping, and assisting the ReStore staff.

All ReStore directly help Habitat KC build strength, stability, and self-reliance through shelter in the Kansas City community and worldwide. Thanks to you, Habitat for Humanity of Kansas City can empower families to thrive in the Kansas City community for generations to come in safe, decent, affordable homes.

ReStore volunteers must be at least 14 years old, and a parent or guardian must accompany any volunteers under the age of 16. All volunteers under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian fill out a Parental Consent Form prior to the volunteer day.
